Glenn Danzig
The honorable Jerry Only of the Misfits has filed various legal documents in a California court, seeking a judge’s ruling to have the case dismissed.
As you know, former Misfits frontman Glenn Danzig filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Only not that long ago, which Only thinks is pure baloney.
Danzig’s suit claims he is entitled to proceeds from the Misfits trademarks and claims Only and his company Cyclopian Music made backdoor deals to cut Danzig out of the profits.
Only’s filing attempts to point out flaws in Glenn’s suit.
Only cites a 6-year statute of limitations, which has been exceeded, plus lack of evidence and Danzig’s inactivity in actually using the trademarks as reasons for why the suit should be tossed.
